Product Overview

The GS5633 is a three-bit GaAs MMIC digitally controlled attenuator chip with an operating frequency of DC-20GHz. The GS5633 features an integrated driver circuit, -5V supply, 3.5mA quiescent current, 0V/+3.3V control, and 0V/+5V compatibility. The GS5633 is grounded on the back of the chip and is suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
The GS5633 input and output ports are internally biased to 0V, eliminating the need for isolation capacitors if no external DC voltage is present.
