Product Overview

KDA18052 is a GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier with an operating frequency range of 18.0-40.0GHz. It is powered by a single +5V power supply and has three operating modes: high power, medium power and low power.
In high power mode, VB is connected to +5V: small signal gain 17dB, noise figure 2.8dB, and P-1dB output capability of 4.0dBm.
In medium power mode, VB is suspended: small signal gain 15.5dB, noise figure 2.5dB, and P-1dB output capability of 1.5dBm.
In low power mode, VB is grounded: small signal gain 14dB, noise figure 2.7dB, and P-1dB output capability of 1.5dBm.
The chip integrates input and output DC isolation capacitors, and no external DC isolation is required.
