Product Overview

KDA1903 is a GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier with an operating frequency range of 18.0-40GHz. It is powered
by a single +5V power supply, has a typical small signal gain of 23dB, a noise figure of 4.0dB, and a P-1dB output
capability of 15dBm.
The chip integrates input and output DC isolation capacitors, eliminating the need for external DC isolation.
