Product Overview

KDA5804 is a three-digit controlled GaAs MMIC digital controlled attenuator chip, with an operating frequency range of DC-40GHz. The chip integrates a drive circuit, uses 5V power supply, and has a static current of 3.4mA. The chip supports 0V/+3.3V control and is compatible with 0V/+5V control.The back of the chip is grounded, suitable for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
The input and output ports of KDA5804 are biased to 0V inside the chip. If there is no external DC voltage feed, no DC blocking capacitor is required.
