Product Overview

The KDA16270 is a GaAspHEMT low-noise amplifier with an operating frequency covering 2.0-18.0 GHz. It is powered by a single +5V supply and features three operating modes: high power, medium power and low power. High power mode with VB connected to +5V: 14dB small signal gain, 2.0dB noise figure, and 13.5dBm P-1dB output capability. VB overhang in mid-power mode: 13.5dB of small-signal gain, 2.0dB noise figure, and 13dBm P-1dB output capability. VB grounding in low power mode: 13dB small signal gain, 2.0dB noise figure, and 12dBm P-1dB output capability. Input and output isolation capacitors are integrated inside the chip, eliminating the need for external isolation.
