Shipping and Handling Fees

Returns without quality issues: Buyers are responsible for international return shipping, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Quality issues/wrong shipments: We bear the return shipping costs and refund or resend in full.

 

Special Cases

Damaged/Lost Goods:

Please check the goods upon receipt. If you find any damage, please contact us within 24 hours after submitting photo evidence or other relevant documents.

For parcels lost during transportation, we will assist in claims or reissue.

 

Customs Detention/Return:

If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's failure to pay the customs duties, the shipping fee must be paid again before it can be shipped again.
