Product Overview

KDA16271 is a GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier with an operating frequency range of 0.8-18.0GHz and a single +5V power supply. It has three working modes: high power, medium power and low power.
In high power mode, VB is connected to +5V: small signal gain 15.0dB, noise figure 1.7dB, and P-1dB output capability of 14dBm.
In medium power mode, VB is suspended: small signal gain 14.5dB, noise figure 1.6dB, and P-1dB output capability of 13.5dBm.
In low power mode, VB is grounded: small signal gain 14.0dB, noise figure 1.5dB, and P-1dB output capability of 12dBm.
The chip integrates input and output DC isolation capacitors, and no external DC isolation is required.
