4. Delivery Problem Handling
Wrong Address: If the package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address provided by the buyer, the shipping fee must be paid again before it can be shipped again.
No one signed for/rejected: The package may be returned and we will arrange a refund after deducting the actual shipping fee.
Lost/Damaged Package: If the package is lost or seriously damaged during transportation, we will resend it free of charge or refund in full (provided proof is required).
