Product Overview

The KDA1007 is a GaAs pHEMT low-noise amplifier with an operating frequency of 0.1-6.0 GHz. It is powered by a
single +5V power supply and features two operating modes: high power and low power.
VG overhang in high power mode: 16.5dB small signal gain, 1.7dB noise figure, and 18dBm P-1dB output capability.
VG ground in low-power mode: 16dB small-signal gain, 1.8dB noise figure, and 14.5dBm P-1dB output capability.
There is no internal choke inductor and isolation capacitor on the chip, so it is necessary to add external choke
inductor and isolation capacitor.
