Product Overview

The KDA13074 is a GaAs pHEMT low noise amplifier that operates from 2.0-6.0GHz and is powered by a single +5V power
supply. It has three operating modes: high power, medium power, and low power. In high power mode, VB is connected to +5V: small signal gain 31dB, noise figure 0.7dB, and P-1dB output capability of
17dBm.
In medium power mode, VB is suspended: small signal gain 30dB, noise figure 0.7dB, and P-1dB output capability of 15.
5dBm.
In low power mode, VB is grounded: small signal gain 29dB, noise figure 0.7dB, and P-1dB output capability of 13dBm.
The chip integrates input and output DC isolation capacitors, and no external DC isolation is required.
