Product Overview

The KDA5612 is a one bit controlled GaAs MMIC digitally controlled attenuator chip with an operating frequency covering DC-20GHz.Driver circuit integrated in the chip, using -5V power supply quiescent current 1.2mA, the chip supports 0V/+3.3V control, while compatible with 0V/+5V control.Backside grounding for eutectic sintering or conductive adhesive bonding processes.
The KDA5612 input and output ports are internally biased to 0V and can be used without isolation capacitors if there is no external DC voltage feedthrough.
